The units are beautifully maintained and newly remodelled. The staff are extremely friendly and excellent. The hotel is set in a stunning location just off a beautiful art museum, restaurants, and souvenir shops.

Sensational and very good breakfast — plenty of meals. Very welcoming, exceptional people working here. What a marvellous location to various key stations! Plus, 10 minutes drive from Fujiyama Art Museum.

We stayed in a beautifully maintained a single room with big bathroom and ample beds for everyone and slippers. Had coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator at our disposal.

The room had central heating, a safe box, and a multi-channel television. the breakfast was sensational and had a great view of Mt. Fuji. the hotel's location was favorable and stunning, with easy access to Tokyo station.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel during the trip. the breakfast was complimentary, amazing, and included. the staff were outstandingly accommodating and extremely polite. the location of the property was marvellous and beautiful, easy to get here from Tokyo through the highway bus with a direct stop right outside at the bus terminal.
